The product marketing consists of two dedicated teams focusing on liquid milk and value added dairy products. All operational decisions are made locally at the locations since we believe that they have better understanding of the markets. The Board of Directors and Senior Management aims to provide a framework in which our team leaders have the freedom and decision-making authority to pursue opportunities with entrepreneurial flair.
