Dodla Sesha Reddy is the Chairman and non-executive Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company for more than 22 years and has dairy industry experience of more than 22 years and has not held any other positions in the past. He is currently a director on the board of Nelcast Limited and Dodla Enterprises Private Limited. He is responsible for ensuring active engagement of board members and effective decision making process to be followed in our board and committee meetings.

Dodla Sunil Reddy is the Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mangalore University. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation and has more than 25 years of experience in the dairy industry and has not held any other positions in the past. He is responsible for setting up our business strategy with a focus on accountability, competitive performance and value creation.

Madhusudhana Reddy Ambavaram is a Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Sri Venkateswara University and a master’s degree in business administration from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University. He holds an executive programme in HR analytics from IIM Lucknow. He also has a post graduate diploma in human resource management from Pondicherry University, a post graduate diploma in business and administrative management from the Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council and a PG diploma in journalism from DNF College of Journalism. He is a state committee member of Employers federation of southern India (EFSI) for the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He is a life member of NHRD Hyderabad chapter. He is enrolled as an advocate on the rolls of the bar council of the State of Andhra Pradesh. He has practiced as an advocate at Kadapa district court for a period of 3 years. He has previously worked with Imperial Granites Limited and has 16 years of experience in the dairy industry. He heads the Human resources, legal and compliances since Oct-2006 at Dodla.

Mr. Akshay Tanna is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the board of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been with TPG Capital India Private Limited since 2011 and was a partner at TPG till May 2023. Before this, he has worked in organisations such as Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Raja Rathinam is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Madras, Indian dairy diploma from National Dairy Research Institute, a master’s degree in dairy science and dairy microbiology from the University of Agricultural Sciences, a master’s degree in dairy technology from the University of Agricultural Sciences, with an award of a gold medal and a Doctor of philosophy in dairy science from Agra University. Additionally, he is also an associate of the Institution of Chemists (India). He has more than 40 years of experience in the dairy industry. He has previously been, inter alia, associated in various roles with Michael & Sons, Osmania University Department of Dairy Science, NationalDairy Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Dairy Development Corporation Limited, Bihar State Co-Operative Milk Producers’Federation Limited, Mother Dairy Calcutta. Reliance Dairy Foods Limited and Swiss Development Corporation initiated SwissFoundation for International Cooperation. He was also a consultant for the World Bank in relation to their Jeevika livelihood promotion project and the managing director of SwaayamKsheer Producer Company Limited initiated by UNDP under the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. Further, he was also selected as the national advisor to the President of India after working on the Tsunami project with Asian Development Bank and various government organisations. He has also been awarded the national productivity award by the Prime Minister of India, the first prize for environmental excellence from the Chief Minister of West Bengal and the Governor of Bihar’s award for making significant contributions to the progress in Bihar.

Vinoda Kailas is an Independent Woman Director on the board of our company. She holds a Batchelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineer from NIT Warangal (erstwhile REC Warangal). She has over 16 years of experience in designing and implementing large scale IT solutions for clients in US and Europe. She has experience in global client acquisition and technology innovation. She now applies this expertise towards her passion for social development, as Trustee of the Pravaha Foundation. She oversees the long-term strategic outlook, and program management for all of the foundation's initiatives. She is also a Trustee for the Navam Innovation Foundation.

Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan is an Independent Director of our Company. He has two decades of global business leadership experience spanning automotive, Energy and Paper sectors. He started his career with Tata group and his other stints include positions with Cummins Inc., International Paper Co. and Schneider Electric. He was Chairman & Managing Director of International Paper APPM Limited, a listed company. His areas of expertise include strategy and planning, business management, international operations, and operations transformation. He is also a Managing Director & CEO on the Board of Mahindra Logistics Limited. He is a partner in SVP India, a strategic philanthropic organisation. He is also on the Advisory Board of WWF – India. He holds MBA degree in Finance and Strategy from TA Pai Management Institute, India and Bachelors’ degree in Commerce from the University of Bangalore. He is an alumnus of Harvard's Executive Strategy Program (2007).

Raman Tallam Puranam is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree in commerce from Osmania University. He has previously worked with SBI Capital Markets Limited and was the managing director and chief executive officer of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited for over 15 years.
