Venkat Krishna Reddy Busireddy is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in dairy technology from Osmania University. He has over 38 years of experience in the dairy sector. He has been with our Company for more than 26 years. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Premier Extractions Limited. He was appointed as a Key Management Personnel on March 26, 2015.

Murali Mohan Raju Reddycherla, our Chief Financial Officer, boasts over 21 years of in-depth experience in financial management across varied sectors including Construction, Manufacturing, Health Services, Nutraceuticals, and IT. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sri Krishna Devaraya University and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he brings a solid educational and professional background to our team. Murali Mohan has been instrumental in leading finance digital transformation efforts, enhancing MIS reporting, implementing stringent internal controls, and refining budgeting and forecasting strategies. His strategic insight and leadership in financial matters have been crucial in propelling our company's financial operations towards efficiency and sustainable growth.

Surya Prakash Mungelkar is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Since 2012 and MBA in Finance from ICFAI National College, Hyderabad. He has more than 15 years of experience in Listing regulations, FEMA, acquisition of Companies & Secretarial Compliances. Before joining Dodla, he worked with CES Limited and Govpro Advisors LLP.
